At CMC UK we pride ourselves in providing the best possible customer service we can and it shows. Feedback from our customers describe us as having “Great customer service”.
A large part of this is education and supporting by providing our customers with their training needs. We already give a full handover at the point of every sale and telephone assistance and support. However, as part of our continual development to ensure you get the best possible service from us, we are now developing a ‘go to guide’ for our end users. The titles of the pages in this series will form the bases of our ‘go to guide’ covering the main topics that customers feel the need to refer to most frequently.
